“Erik gave us a great price to install some laminate flooring in our home. We decided to remove the old carpeting and have the flooring materials ready for him.
Erik stopped by to bring in tools Thursday, a day before he was scheduled. It was then that he realized we had purchased hardwood rather than laminate. This added a day to our project. Erik offered to work on Saturday, even though he only had one day scheduled for us. He was very accommodating; and we are ecstatic with the results.
We will have Malloch Construction back for future projects; and continue to refer this company to our friends and neighbours.”
